What a great idea!!! Of course my kiddos are in high school and would not take kindly to my sending gifts for the teachers!!! lol I will share this with my friends for their kids!

@Monica: no printables, I just used black cardstock and a Halloween themed paper on top. For the bottle cap I used a thin ribbon :)
