Before&Afters with the Lighscoop

This morning I finally took some pics with my new Lightscoop I told you about it here.

I went in my room upstairs and grabbed the first object I found around...obviously it was a TOY!! Ryan is obsessed with dinosaurs now so I have them all over the house. I place it on the dresser where I usually take pictures for my Etsy shop. I'm going to show you one in Manual mode, one with regular flash and one with the Lightscoop, here we go: Manual - No Flash

With Flash

With Lightscoop

Big difference right! Look at the colors. One more time:

I can finally take pictures for my Etsy shop and for the blog at any time now. Usually I had to wait after lunch when there was better light so I didn't have to use my pop-up Flash. No more!!!

And it is super easy to use it. I give it a Two Thumbs Up!!

(NOTE: The above are just my thoughts about the product, I haven't been contacted from the manufacturer to write a review.)

  1. Takes that flash glare off! What kind of camera do you have? Does this gadget attach to your camera? I love the difference in the pictures and love the scope pic better.

  2. Awesome! My dad used to do something similar with a piece of foil. This looks much more professional, and easier, too!

  3. PS--Happy Anniversary. Married in Italy, in a gorgeous church. It's so romantic I almost can't stand it!

  5. That is awesome. I really could have used that last night trying to take pics of shiny things with flash is horrible. Thank you so much for sharing! I just ordered mine!

  6. Those pictures are very helpful to see how the Lightscoop works. Thanks! Here's a dumb question, when you take the picture with the lightscoop do you use the flash also?
