Valentine's Day Cupcake

I know there is still one month until VDay, but better get ready and share some ideas so we will be ready for February 14!
Last year I made lot's of projects, I get so creative when there is involved "pink" and "hearts"!!
Here is a little cupcake wrapped in cello perfect for gift giving.

Really easy to make and very very thrifty! You will need:
plastic cup
cupcake liner (got mine at Target's $ section)
cello wrap or cello bag
ribbon
scrap paper
scrap felt
and of course a cupcake!!

The tag was super easy to make. I used a heart shaped cookie cutter and traced around it on a piece of scrap paper.
Used scrap of felt and cut them into 3 hearts as well and stitched them together.
Glue the felt hearts to the paper one and add name.

I am totally NOT a great baker and definitely NOT a cupcake decorating expert (I wish I was).
For this one I used a "just add milk" muffin mix, Pillsbury's Whipped Supreme frosting that I applied cutting one corner of a ziplock and added Valentines sprinkles.
