A few months ago I posted a project I made of teen favors from Ryan's birthday party. It was a failed attempt since my initially intention was to make a cardboard tray to add to the nail polish removal bottle.
That didn't worked out so I ended up using a cello bag. I was not even going to post it but since I was already taking pictures and I had the post ready I just did.
Turns out that is my most viewed post ever!! So far there are 41.738 pageviews!!! And not to mention the times that has been pinned on Pinterest!!
Everyone is now getting more addicted to Pinterest (you are right?? Don't tell me I'm the only one with this problem??!!!)
And probably you are noticing too a lot of your projects are being pinned, so I think it is very important to have all your pictures on your blog watermarked.
Basically watermarking is adding the name of your blog in a corner or in the middle of the picture that way if someone use it your name will be RIGHT THERE, everyone can see it and give credit for!
Also if you link your projects to linky parties and they are featured is nice to know that either way everyone knows the source (usually the host always link back to you)
But I guess it all happened to us once that someone used our pics and didn't gave credit back to us.
Here is how to watermark your pictures:

I use picnik It's free and very easy to use. Once you are in the home page click: UPLOAD PHOTOS
now pick the one you want to watermark from your computer. I chose one of my new tie backs from my shop. Once is uploaded you will be able to crop it or adjust the colors.
Now click "TEXT" to add the name of your blog. Write it inside the box on the left side.
Than pick the font (I always use Joyful Juliana).
The text will pop up very big so re-size it and place it where you prefer, mine is always in the left bottom corner of the picture. Choose the color (or leave it white), save it and DONE!
(Tip: if you are preparing a post and have more pics to watermark remember to "copy" your text after picking the font that way next time you upload the new picture you just need to "paste" the text in the box without re-write it all over again)

THANK YOU!!
